南高尾(高尾駅)方面から入山
朝イチはちょっと肌寒いが5kmも走れば汗だく
今週天気が良かったのでトレイルは走りやすかった
小仏城山に着いたらお腹が空いたので早めのおにぎり🍙投入（笑）
陣馬山までの間場所によっては雪が残ってるね場所もありドロドロ状態の所がある
滑る所も有ったので注意しながら通過
下りは特に要注意❗️
陣馬山で山菜うどん食べた美味かった～（笑）
帰りも同じルートなので割愛致します（笑）
ゴールは5時過ぎちゃいました(￣▽￣;)
なかなかのロングトレイルランでした(^○^)
