感想

レコ

【聖尾根～酉谷山】
・取り付きから30mほどの急登をまずは頑張る。
・622m地点手前で手を使う場面が出てくる。
・というか、それ以降の等高線の詰まった箇所と岩場では手を使うことになる。
・「手を使ったほうがいい」ではなく「手を使わなくてはならない」。
・季節柄仕方ないが落ち葉の堆積で滑る。
・砂も細かく乾いたものなので滑る。
・岩や木を支えにするのは勿論のこと、四つん這いになったり、表出している木の根を掴んだり、お助けロープに助けられたりしながらのハードな尾根歩き。
・落ち葉でロープが隠れているのを何回か見かけた。
・聖岩（725m地点）から降りるのが今日一の難所だった。
・標高1000mくらいまで(だったかな?)がとてもハード。熊倉山が近くなるにつれて普通のバリ尾根へ。

【酉谷山～浦山口駅】
・酉谷山避難小屋の水場は枯れていた。
・聖尾根よりも「聖感(?)」のない尾根。難易度が優しい尾根。でもちゃんと荒れてる尾根。
・ところどころとても歩き易い尾根になっても油断大敵。また荒れた急降下が出てくる。
・浦山口駅へ向かっての尾根の突端へは行けない。車通行止めの車道に出る。こういうところは意外と野生動物と出会いやすいので注意。

【その他】
・こんなに手を使う山行になるとは思わなかった。
・主観的な運動強度は、距離や累積標高のデータより高め。
・そのことでむしろ、足（二足歩行）の燃費の良さに改めて気付けた。全身運動よりも足だけで歩ける方が随分と楽。
・聖尾根は案外、紅葉の時期はきれいだろうなと思った。見惚れてる場合じゃないかもだが。
・全体を通して藪漕ぎは激しくない。アセビの枝葉を掻き分けることは多々あるが、酷いものではない。
・岩場の小ピークを登るのはいいが、先が見えないのでその度にルートがあるのか不安になる。→ちゃんとある。
・出会った大きめの動物は鹿5頭。熊糞はいくつかあったが寒くてカチコチでいつのものか判断がつかない。
・3週連続の三峰口駅。でも今日は泊まりの装備ではないのでザックを背負ってる感覚がないくらい軽く動けた。
