湖の辺の道　ゆっくり山行
桜はほぼ終わっているが、所々色んなお花も咲いていて、気持ちよく歩けた
昼食調理の時にぎっくり腰になり、重い荷物を持った後は、注意が必要！と反省。
BS朝日のロケ班と一緒になり、少し見学させてもらった。
